“correct notes”
There is a curious and important detail in the results of the Eastern Alps Rally, that probably slipped out to most people.
Three of the pilots who ranked in the top four positions use  Claudio Micci’s services. The winner: Luca Rossetti, third place: Alessandro Perico, for  the mental preparation, while the fourth classified, Simon Campedelli, uses Rallynote’s note system    . These drivers , have long relied on this sort of guru of the rally that works behind the scenes and contributes, significantly, to improve their performance of those who choose to refine its competition approaches, and , as one can see, the results aren’t lacking...

Claudio Micci,  - coming from a family tradition because his father was one of the most famous Italian rally team managers, with years of militancy at the Ford and a sensational “no” answered to Enzo Ferrari - after a successful experiences in various sectors, decided "to try to do something still unknown to most people" and enrolled in Richard Bandler’s courses of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

And then? So, when he came back to Italy, he began to practice  in companies that entrusted him to train their managers. Until, one day, he was put in touch with Luca Rossetti by a journalist who was aware of
the desire of the pilot from Friuli to “improve himself” . Hence the fateful meeting with the rally ... "Rossetti - Micci says - realized that he was entering the race  only in the second stage, after having remedied to a difficult gap in order to recover. We started working together and we realized that one of his problems was the system of writing and therefore reading the notes. Analyzing them, we understood that the information was too long, redundant, and inaccurate. Then we changed everything. "
And here, in practice, we gave birth to  Rallynote .... "I had already realized that the rewriting of the notes was a problem, it could cause errors, and so a simpler system was needed. Speaking with several teams, I had found two things that weren’t working: all the drivers I interviewed said that they needed more of the two steps allowed for the reconnaissance and, especially, they often carried them out by invading the other lane of travel: absurd! I realized that they were trying to memorize the path and not to have significant information from the note."

ONE DESCRIBES THE ROAD
"The traditional methods of preparing the notes are based on the trajectory, a concept that is not repeatable: you can  never repeat the same trajectory in the second step! Hence the insecurity and continuous corrections to the notes. So I created a system based on the description of the road: the road does not change!  . but that isn’t all! Having to describe the road, and not  the trajectory, there is no need to invade the other lane, nor to go fast. And all with just  one step or, at most, two and there is no need of anything else. My system is objective and not subjective."

" that is? “The three points are: short information, give the information in advance and reducing the time between listening to the information and its implementation.  These assumptions gave birth to  a   communicative protocol" How does it work? " it establishes  meaningful information, it divides those by the right hemisphere of the brain - the creative one - and the left one – the rational part,  and finally makes  it shorter." What do you mean? "The main difference is that with my system  the" left " becomes" A "and" right "becomes" D "and then, the number of the curve, that basically indicates the radius, is read before" A "or" D ", because the direction is also  perceived by the eyes but, above all , it is anticipated by the previous note without even being dictated. But it is not just a matter of numbers and letters. What matters most is the tone  which the browser reads the note, because the difference in the tone is processed much faster by the brain than the information itself.  Basically they are neuro-associative stimuli, that are much faster than rational reasoning. And in all this, the browser  acquires much more importance and professional value. "

Simon Campedelli is excited about Rallynote ... "I felt the need to change my system of writing and reading the notes - said the driver of the Citroën Italy - because I realized that I had problems. I happened, for example, to exchange the "right" with the "left" when I was starting to get tired. The two words sound very similar and during the  long testing  it was hard, at times, for me to distinguish them and sometimes that was a problem. So I decided to follow Claudio Micci’s course and  a new world opened to me " What do you mean? "First of all, with the letters" A "and" D " it is impossible to exchange the right with the left. And the number before the curve makes me understand right away  what its radius is: it’s fantastic, I could never go back to the old system. And the geographic description is more precise. Furthermore, with this system I can be more concentrated because the information is much more concise: no more "open", "close", "more" or "less". Only essential information. " And it works ... " by trying just two steps, you are already in place, you no longer need to go back on trial again. I had the proof in Romania, a race that I had never seen and where I finished third overall with the R3 against the Super 2000 doing, in fact, just two steps per trial and that was enough” Rallynote passed through all across ... "Absolutely! I repeat it again…I could never go back to the old system“
